A FIRE AMONG THE STARS
Based from a dream I had some years ago...
My home was on Fire full of smoke and flame
I was frantic and in search of a way out...
I found myself standing upon a window ledge on the upper floor fully prepared to jump to saftey
my breath caught and I realized the world outside had changed...
Gone were the trees and grass
Gone were the homes and streets...
I was about to leap into Black
The Blackest black and yet full of Stars and
Planets of unimaginable size... I did not recognize this Planetary System with it's Enormity and Beauty
Trying to take it all in I was once again gripped by Fear while facing the only decision left to make...
Leap or Burn
